ABOUT

Ilana is a senior competing in her fourth year with Miami Mock Trial! Throughout her time with MMT, she's had the opportunity to compete on all three Miami teams, in both attorney and expert witness roles. She loves talking about the rules of evidence and explaining complicated scientific concepts with cool demos!

Outside of mock trial, Ilana is a part of the Honors College and works in Miami's study abroad office. She's spent the past three summers interning in her hometown at Cleveland Legal Aid and a boutique civil rights law firm. In her free time, she enjoys musical theater, vegan baking, and hanging out with her dog. Ilana plans to attend law school after graduation and pursue a career in public interest law.
